Waterfall Equestrian Estate

Waterfall Equestrian Estate is the most exclusive residential development at Waterfall and was the first to be developed on the property. Catering to the super wealthy, the estate consists of 120 agricultural stands ranging from 8,000m² to 10,000m² each. Waterfall Country Estate

Waterfall Country Estate makes up the largest portion of the residential component at Waterfall Estates with close to 500 hectares straddling the picturesque Jukskei River. This section of the development consists of 934 hilltop and riverside stands ranging between 1,100m² to 2,000m² each and includes 80 hectares of pristine indigenous parkland, featuring numerous fishing dams, over 30km of walking and biking trails with picnic spots and play parks for children.
